Rene Heard
Office Manager [office@conejochurch.org]
Rene joined the office team in March 2006. She grew up on a farm in Alabama. Rene attended college at Abilene Christian University and majored in Biblical and Related Studies. She married Chris in 1990 and worked as a legal secretary in Dallas while Chris pursued his degree in Religious Studies. Chris and Rene have two sons: Nathan and Nicholas. Rene's hobbies include quilting, scrapbooking, gardening, writing, and spending time with family and friends.

Tina Scruggs
Office Manager [office@conejochurch.org]
Tina joined the office staff in September 2005. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. After spending 8 years in Kansas, the Scruggs moved to Simi Valley in June 2005. Tina has been married to Keith since 1986; they have one son, Ben. Before coming to the Conejo Valley Church of Christ, Tina served in the Women's Ministries and in teaching children's Bible classes at Northeast Church of Christ in Ohio and at Overland Park Church of Christ in Kansas. Tina enjoys reading, needlework, going out to dinner with Keith.

Andy Wall
Preaching Minister [andy@conejochurch.org]
Andy has been married to the former Carrie Giboney since 1988, and they have been blessed with three beautiful daughters: Jenna, Jessica, and Michaela. Andy has served as the preaching minister for the Conejo Valley Church of Christ in Thousand Oaks, California since January 2001, after serving as the preacher for the Costa Mesa Church of Christ in Orange County for nearly a decade. He holds a Master of Divinity degree from Abilene Christian University and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Andy enjoys people, reading, music, technology, travel, and marathoning (he recently broke four hours). He occasionally teaches a ministry course at Pepperdine University. He is a second generation preacher and both he and his brother Ben are in full-time ministry.

Penny White
Children's Minister[penny@conejochurch.org]
Penny has been married to Jim White, a professor at Pepperdine University, since 1995. They have two children, Rachel and Jonathan. Penny is a native Texan, living there for 37 years before moving to California. She quickly adapted to the cooler temperatures and more casual attire of Southern California. Penny has served as the Children's Minister at Conejo since January of 2002 and was the voluntary Children's Ministry Coordinator from 1999-2002. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas Baptist University. Penny loves reading, scrapbooking, rug hooking and traveling. She has recently returned from a 9 month leave of absence where she and her family served as the 'faculty in residence' at Pepperdine University's London Program and traveled to various locations in England, Scotland, Wales, Egypt, Jordan, and Greece.

Jack Williamson
Youth and Family Minister [jack@conejochurch.org]
Jack and Tami moved to Thousand Oaks to work with the Conejo church in January, 1993 after Jack completed a Master of Science in ministry at Abilene Christian University. They have three terrific children, Brendin, Caleb, and Alicia. Jack received a Master of Divinity degree from Pepperdine in 1999 and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has taught courses in Youth Ministry at Pepperdine University and Hope International University as an adjunct professor. He also directs "Impact," a junior high retreat for So Cal Churches of Christ every November. Jack enjoys reading, hanging out in the rain, and just about anything he can do with Tami and the kids.
